Tons O’ Fun

J-Lo Booty
Bubble Butt
Big Mac
Apple Bottom
Fanny Pack
Round Mound
Juicy Fat
Wide Track…. Ooh, somebody stop me!
Whew, thanks!!! I had that big thing in my face!!

So, is bigger better or do you have dreams of getting some junk off your trunk? Maybe melting some of that lard? Dumping the cottage cheese? You in?

Well, you have to start exercising, moving your bod, add some weight training, kick up the cardio, stretch & flex. While you’re at it, you need to eat more veggies, drink more water, watch your calories, and eat less than you burn. You gotta stop frying those foods, don’t eat the white stuff, stop drinking sodas, avoid processed foods, eat out less… WHAT?

I would love to exercise, BUT I don’t have time.
I would love to eat healthier BUT I can’t afford it. Healthy food is expensive!!
I have gained some weight, BUT I have bad knees and can’t do all that jumping!!
I’m trying to lose weight, BUT I can’t give up diet soda… besides it has 0 calories!!
I tried to eat less, BUT I’m a big girl. In fact, my whole family was big.
I wanted to start working out after work BUT I was so tired I just dozed off on the sofa!!
I don’t eat that much and I walk as much as I can, BUT my metabolism is just too slow!!

Whoa!! Time out!! I get it, I really do. Change is hard. It’s not easy to give up all that good stuff and start eating rabbit food!! Just take it one step at a time… baby steps if you have to. You can do it, I believe in you!!

Bottom line: If you want to lose that BUTT, you have to lose the BUTs!!
